Quality policy

We constantly improve quality of our products in our stable quality improvement process. Our work and functioning is based on quality policy. To accomplish aims of quality policy, achieve success in competitiveness on the market we decided to concentrate on the following actions:

  • Constantly and successively value needs and expectations of clients on the marketing field,
  • Tighten the quality requirements in the production process, starting from proper definition of buyer’s expectations and needs through product’s quality valuation including production methods and storage,
  • Use this kind of devices and technologies in the production which are latest and bringing optimal costs,
  • Raise staff’s qualifications,
  • Aim client’s trust by product’s quality improvement,
  • Provide buyers with constant cooperation of trusted and qualified personnel to build loyalty to Alu International Shipyard,
  • Elaborate and adopt quality management system corresponding with PN-EN ISO 9001:2008: “Quality management systems. Requirements.” and PN- EN ISO 3834-2:2006: “Quality requirements for fushion welding metallic materials. Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements.”

 

Quality management system is being improved to fulfill our customer’s needs.

All of those activities are being achieved by all of our personnel and management of Alu International Shipyard. President of the board assures that quality policy is shown, understandable, adopted, accessible and supported on every level in the company.
